As per the new guidelines set by the UAE government, there will be no need for social distancing.

  • Prepare digital brochures & information to replace printed materials or physical hand-outs or consider QR codes as a solution to offer visitors your product details.
  • Consider ordering high speed wired internet to show digital information
  • Monitor the number of individuals allowed on your stand at any point of time and follow local physical distancing requirements.
  • Ensure you have your digital badge to display on your phone before arrival at the venue (no onsite registration at the venue).
  • Bring your own company nametag or wear a company pin with logo (no printed badges will be available).
  • Bring additional sanitary kits / cleaning wipes/ face masks.
  • Have gloves available for visitors for product handling.
  • Pre-arrange meeting time slots.
  • Do not participate if you feel unwell or if you have any Covid-19 symptoms

If an attendee tests positive for COVID-19 they must contact the Dubai Health Authority where they will be contacted for further action in compliance with the government procedures.

Yes, face masks are mandatory at all times by law.

Currently, vaccination/PCR test is not mandatory, but vaccination is encouraged. Please note that this is subject to change. 

In line with Informa’s commitment to delivering an AllSecure event, Middle East Energy 2022 will continue to be a badge-less event! Badges for this show will be accessible through our event app and can soon be requested through the Customer Centre. There will be no onsite registration facilities. 

All passengers travelling to Dubai from any point of origin (GCC countries included) must hold a negative COVID‑19 RT‑PCR test certificate for a test taken no more than 72 hours before departure, except for travel from Bangladesh, Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia  (for which specific requirements are stated above).
